    • Smoke-Free Air Act (PL 16-46)
      1. It is illegal to smoke in government buildings & vehicles, public places (restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, health care facilities, hotel lobbies, sports arenas, poker rooms, etc.), places of employment, school and college campuses, outdoor sports fields, outdoor areas within 25 ft of an enclosed smoke-free area, and outdoor places of employment within 25 ft of a non-smoking person.

    • Electronic Cigarettes/Vaping (PL 19-32)
      1. E-cigarettes are defined as a tobacco product. It is illegal to sell e-cigarettes to minors and for minors to use e-cigarettes. E-cigarettes are also included in violations of the Smoke-Free Air Act.

    • Betel Nut Control Act (PL 19-66)
      1. It is illegal to offer, give, or sell Betel Nut to any person who is under the age of 18. It is illegal for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, consume, or possess Betel Nut at any time. Betel Nut shall not be displayed openly or in any manner in any part of the business premises generally open to the public.

    • Smoking in Vehicles (PL 19-82)
      1. It is illegal to smoke in a motor vehicle in the presence of a person under the age of 18, whether the vehicle is in motion or at rest.
